FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) Does Summers Group USA LLC print at high quality? Our prints are guaranteed to look great! We print everything at 720x720dpi in either 8-pass or 16-pass. Most wholesale printers use 360x360dpi which makes their prints low resolution no matter how great the artwork is. Those other printers may have similar prices as us but no one can match both our prices and quality. Wholesale prices...amazing quality! That is our motto.
2) What is your turnaround time? Most orders ship within 24 hours. On larger orders it may take 2-3 business days to ship. Once an order is placed, one of our representatives will send you a confirmation e-mail.
3) How is my order shipped and how long will it take? All orders ship from our warehouse in Florida via FedEx Ground to the address provided at the time of ordering. You also have the convenience of rush shipping your order right from our website. Below is a delivery chart from FedEx:
4) How do I place an order? When placing an order simply go to the page of the product you need, then click the drop down menu underneath your desired product and select the finishing option you need. Add up all of the square footage you need for that specific product and enter it into the "Square Feet" box next to the Add to Cart button. Once you have done this, click the Add to Cart button and a mini shopping cart will appear. After you have added all of your desired products, click the Checkout button and create an account. After placing the order on our website, please send us your artwork files through our "Send Files" page or via email. If you need help, please feel free to call us at 850-398-1712 and one of our representatives will walk you through the entire process.
5) How wide can Emeraldcoastsigns.com print? For vinyl we can print up to 52.5" wide and for banners we can print up to 61.5" wide. If your print is larger than the above measurements then our production department will select the best place for the seam to be placed. We will add a 1" overlap to all prints with seams. For banners we will heat seal the pieces together if you select the "hemming & grommets" option.
6) Where do I send the artwork for my order? Go to the Send Files page and upload your file into our file drop box.
7) Is there a minimum order requirement? Yes, there is a $35 minimum order requirement.
8) Can I return or cancel an order? Since all orders are custom, we do not accept any returns. All orders will begin printing within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order and we have not begun printing it yet then you may do so. If the job has already begun printing then it cannot be cancelled. Absolutely no refunds.
9) Does Emeraldcoastsigns.com cover shipping damages? Summers Group USA LLC is not responsible for any shipping damages. We do not accept any returns unless the product arrives defective but not due to shipping.
10) What must I do if my order arrives defective? If the product is defective then Summers Group USA LLC must be notified immediately within 24 hours via email. We will then replicate the exact order at no extra cost. The defective product must be shipped back to Summers Group USA LLC warehouse at the client's expense. Shipping damages do not qualify as a defective product
